You could probably use that $1000 to buy tickets to John Legend who will be headed to Milwaukee that was announced yesterday. He's headed to the River Side Theater December 12th for his Legendary Christmas tour. Holidays only a couple of months away! Tickets are going to sale by the way on Friday Morning. A developer has some plans for the east side of Madison. A rendering shows the Madison youth's arts consortium proposed four story Madison youth art center on the corner of East Mifflin and North Ingersoll Street on Madison's near east side. The building would be part of a larger 11 story mixed use project that will include housing, commercial space and parking. So the East Washington area obviously the Sylvee opening last week. It's the place to live in this city if you agree it's the up and coming part at least. Another renovation project happening on the University of Wisconsin Madison, one of the most iconic spots that I absolutely love at all times of the season, the Madison Terrace, the Memorial Terrace. But basically they are going to be revamping the old pier system including the marina. Maybe you've taken the boats out some canoes that's a $4.5 million project that will wrap up by the end of next summer so those things are going to be changing as well.
